Bifenthrin / Onyx

Bifenthrin is the active ingredient found in Baseline, Bifen XTS, Onyx and Talstar pesticides / termiticides.

Baseline and Bifen XTS are ideal for bark beetle control providing outstanding residual control and at a lower cost than Carbaryl or Permethrin insecticides. The recommended rate for bark beetle control is 1 to 2 pts Baseline or Bifen XTS Bifenthrin/100 gal finished solution. For bark beetle application the use of a surfactant is highly recommended.

Products with Bifenthrin can be applied in four basic areas:

• Indoors - including food-handling areas like restaurant kitchens
• On and around building exteriors
• Plants and shrubs
• Lawns
